Luis Aragon: Staff technician
Luis is a true renaissance man of Guatemala: firefighter, paramedic, mechanic, HIM employee, and ROMP prosthetic student and technician. Luis is also a great and trusted friend, helping us find our place within the Zacapa community.
Gabriela (Gabi) Monroy: Staff technician/intern
Gabi is a motivated and hard-working young woman who has helped ROMP since the day we arrived in Guatemala. Gabi has 2 years of high school left, and is contemplating medicine and prosthetics as a career path. At an age when many of her classmates enjoy time off from school, Gabi works hard everyday at the ROMP lab as a technician and intern. Gabi is also a trusted friend and helps us establish our organization as a part of the Zacapa community.
Tonia Kim: Director
Tonia is the Media Relations Director. With extensive experience in documentary film production, Tonia acts to maximize public exposure and facilitate promotion and community outreach.
Elizabeth Mallon: Director
Elizabeth is the Director of Marketing and Fundraising at ROMP. With extensive experience in public relations and marketing, Lizzy adds creativity and energy to the development of ROMP in to a progressive, effective and grounded organization.
David Stein: Director
David is currently studying business at the Sloan School of Business at MIT. He has experience with a variety of young companies and helps ROMP with accounting, finance, and business development.
Greg Krupa: Fundraiser/Intern
Greg is currently studying Political Science and Latin American studies at the University of Kansas. In August, 2007 Greg will move to Guatemala to work with the ROMP crew. Greg will be working in collaboration with the Anthropology Dept. at the University of Kansas in aims to collect important field research.
